50 Minute Massage:

The goal of the Full Body Massage is for you to feel whole. Connected to yourself. Integrated.

We will work from your head to toes, both front and back in order to relax your nervous system, mind and body, and to return veinous blood back to the heart. If you are feeling stress, massage will help to calm you. If you are feeling sluggish, massage will help to rejuvenate you. 

 

The Half Hour Full Body Massage:

The Half Hour Full Body Massage can be either energizing or relaxing, depending on your needs. We will work on connecting your mind and body. 

 

The Foot Massage:

The Foot Massage is a luxurious experience that includes a relaxing foot soak. Long, gliding strokes are combined with rhythmic reflexology-style techniques.
